Polygraf Inc. released its cutting-edge AI browser extension on the Chrome Web store today, advancing e-commerce transparency. This groundbreaking tool identifies and flags fake or AI-generated reviews on Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, the most popular online retail platforms. The trust engine, available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, promises to make online shopping more trustworthy.

In 2021, the global fake reviews industry was $152B (of which $59B was in the U.S.), with 12 cents of every dollar spent online going to fake review-generated sales of inferior products and services. This will rise with Generative AI and LLMs. Polygraf's groundbreaking browser extension uses behavioural and sentiment AI to detect fake reviews, providing impartial ratings and trust scores for products and reviews, saving consumers time and money.

Yagub Rahimov, an award-winning fintech entrepreneur, founded Polygraf in 2021 to tackle the growing problem of human and AI-generated misinformation. The company will launch more products using its multilayer AI protocol to authenticate digital text, audio, and video for consumers, businesses, and governments.
