🥘EATING ROOM SPOTLIGHT : BANGKOK SNAP

This is the second time we've visited this place since it opened a few months ago. I'd suggest booking in advance because it's always busy.

We ordered Tomyum goong, nasi goreng and pod thai via QR code, possibly because the restaurant was busy and the food took 20 minutes to arrive.

It's worth the wait, the food is amazing. They're open seven days a week, lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 9pm.

🍷SA Wineries Target $900 Million Market in China with Government Support

In an effort to reclaim a portion of the market that was once worth over $900 million, the state's exporters are sending a delegation led by Trade Minister Joe Szakacs, who represents 36 wineries, to Asia's largest wine show later this month. The Malinauskas government will assist regional wineries taking part in VinExpo in their efforts to rebuild their relationships with China in the wake of trade barriers being lifted in March. In Shenzhen, on the Chinese mainland, nineteen producers will also have the chance to forge significant business ties with purchasers. With each winery's attendance at VinExpo and the trade programme in Shenzhen subsidised by the State Government's nearly $2 million China reengagement support package, the visit will be the first chance for SA wine representatives to meet Chinese buyers since tariffs lifted. A few wineries, such as Curator Wine Co. in the Barossa, anticipate a 60% increase in exports by the end of 2025 as a result of China's comeback. Prior to the imposition of crushing tariffs in late 2020, the state's wine exports were almost entirely derived from the $946.5 million annual wine export market in China. This shows how committed the Malinauskas Government is to helping the wine industry's reengagement with China—this will be the first trade delegation to Hong Kong by any Australian Minister since before the pandemic. In the 12 months leading up to March, exports to China increased by 39% in every category.
